Description
The SLAM Scanner Rental Program provides short-term access to professional Feima Robotics SLAM LiDAR systems for project work, evaluations, training, proof-of-concept activities, and temporary production requirements. Rental options are available for the SLAM200, SLAM200E-32, and SLAM200E-16, with daily, weekly, and monthly rental terms.

Each rental includes a preconfigured mobile device with the Feima SLAM GO field software installed and ready for use. A SLAM GO POST software license dongle is also provided with the rental, allowing data processing and export during the rental period. Users must install SLAM GO POST on a compatible Windows computer prior to processing project data. Upon request, we can also coordinate a temporary 30-day software e-license following the rental period to allow additional time for project completion and final data processing.

All rentals are subject to a flat-rate $199 shipping fee covering delivery and return shipping within the continental United States.

- SLAM200E-16 — An economical entry point into professional SLAM workflows, providing the same core operating experience with reduced point density and productivity compared to higher-end models.
Rental Terms & Scheduling
- Daily, weekly, and monthly rental options are available.
- Rental periods are based on the number of calendar days the equipment is on hand, not the number of days it is actively used.
- Weekends and holidays are included within the rental period.
- We will coordinate shipping dates whenever possible to ensure the rental period aligns with your project schedule and field work requirements.
- If project schedules change, contact us as early as possible and we will work with you to identify available options.
Shipping & Returns
- A flat-rate $199 shipping fee covers delivery and return shipping within the continental United States.
- Rental equipment is shipped in protective transport cases suitable for commercial shipment.
- Return shipping instructions and materials are provided with each rental.
- Equipment must be returned on or before the scheduled rental end date unless alternative arrangements have been approved.
Software & Accessories
- Preconfigured mobile device with SLAM GO software installed for scanner operation, data collection, and field workflows.
- SLAM GO POST desktop software license dongle included for use during the rental period.
- SLAM GO POST must be installed by the renter on a compatible Windows computer used for data processing.
- Optional 30-day SLAM GO POST e-license may be available following the rental period to support final processing and project completion.
- Standard batteries, chargers, and required operating accessories are included.
- Additional accessories and deployment options may be available upon request.
