SP30 Intelligent Battery Handle / Base Bundle
The SP30 Intelligent Battery Handle / Base Bundle combines the genuine Feima SP30 Intelligent Battery Handle with a dedicated scanner base plate for the SLAM200 Series, SLAM2000, and SLAM1000 handheld LiDAR scanners. Together they form a complete ready-to-use battery assembly that can remain fully configured for immediate installation in the field.
Every scanner is supplied with one battery handle and one base plate. This bundle is intended for users who purchase a second battery and want the convenience of having an additional battery and base plate assembly available for a quick swap in the field. Having a complete second assembly eliminates the need to move the base plate between batteries, allowing faster battery changes, reduced downtime, and improved workflow efficiency during extended field operations.
Intelligent Power Management
The SP30 combines a high-capacity rechargeable lithium battery with an ergonomic, balanced handheld grip designed for professional field use. A secure click-lock mechanism allows batteries to be exchanged quickly while maintaining a solid attachment to the scanner.
A built-in four-LED battery level indicator allows operators to check remaining charge at any time with the press of a button. The same multifunction button also serves as a convenient hardware trigger for collecting control points during active scanning, providing an alternative to using the SLAM GO mobile application.
The SP30 utilizes a 3000 mAh intelligent lithium battery engineered for reliable field performance and provides approximately 70–95 minutes of operation under typical operating conditions. Actual operating time varies depending on scanner model, battery condition, ambient temperature, and operating conditions.
Integrated Base Plate
The included aluminum base plate securely attaches to the battery handle using the integrated 1/4-20 threaded mounting point. A permanently captured attachment screw ensures the fastener can never be misplaced, while the fold-out wire handle allows the screw to be tightened or loosened by hand before folding flat for normal operation.
More than a mounting accessory, the base plate is an important component of the SLAM workflow. It provides a broad, stable footing for the scanner during setup and incorporates a precision crosshair opening used to accurately position the scanner over marked Ground Control Points (GCPs) when collecting survey control.
Keeping a dedicated base plate attached to each battery makes battery exchanges faster and more convenient, particularly when working with multiple operators or during long data collection sessions.
